Role Overview
As a Marketing and Sales Intern, you will be a key player in supporting our growth strategy. Your role will involve generating leads for our sales team and creating compelling marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn, highly motivated, and ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Lead Generation (~60-65% of weekly workload)
Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the intralogistics and manufacturing sectors.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Assist the sales team in outreach efforts, including email campaigns, cold calling, and follow-up communications.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity tracking.
Marketing Support (~35-40% of weekly workload)
Create and design marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts.
Manage and update content on the company’s website, ensuring it reflects our latest products and success stories.
Develop and schedule social media content to enhance our online presence and engage with our target audience.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for events, webinars, and exhibitions.
Analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements based on data insights.
What We’re Looking For
Currently enrolled at a Dutch university in a Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in SaaS, AI, and digital transformation technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Familiarity with CRM systems, graphic design software, and social media platforms is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.
